1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1.1 Return Period: Customers may request a return or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (“Return Period”). All returns must be postmarked and shipped within this timeframe to qualify.

1.2 Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all tags, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and accessories. Any alteration, damage, or wear attributable to the Customer will render the item ineligible for return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered watches.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale. 1.4 Defective or Non-Conforming Items: If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, the Customer must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Upon verification, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement at the Company’s discretion.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiation: To initiate a return, the Customer must contact us via email at support@styleradar.online (mailto:support@styleradar.online) with the order number, a detailed reason for the return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of damage or defects.

2.2 Approval: The Company will review the request and provide written approval or denial within three (3) business days. Upon approval, a return shipping label and instructions will be issued.

2.3 Shipping: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or non-conformance, in which case the Company will provide a prepaid return label. All returns must be shipped to the designated address. The Company is not liable for lost or damaged returns unless shipped via a tracked and insured service recommended by us.

2.4 Inspection and Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Company will process the refund within ten (10) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the Customer acknowledges that processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank (typically 5-10 business days).

3. Refund Details

3.1 Refund Amount: The Customer will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or non-conformance. In such cases, original shipping costs will also be refunded.

3.2 Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price, with a minimum of €10, may be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns at the Company’s discretion.

3.3 Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, the refund may be reduced proportionally based on the diminished value, as determined by the Company.

4. Exchanges

4.1 The Company does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must process a return and place a new order. The Company may provide guidance on sizing or selection upon request but is not obligated to facilitate exchanges.
